That must have been a mistake! ;-) Please check your PayPal / Credit Card account first to see if the subscription is still active because if that's the case you'll only need to add some money to the account.

If you've cancelled your subscription you'll have to buy a new package at you want the keep the same proxies as you currently have please send us a message after you purchased the new package and we'll make sure you'll keep the same proxies.
